- About Serenada Serenada is a music discovery platform that enables: • independent artists to upload music • users to discover and engage with new music • community-driven chart momentum • future premium listening features At launch, Serenada Discovery operates as a free discovery layer with limited playback per track. Serenada may introduce paid tiers and expanded features over time.
- Eligibility You must: • be at least 16 years old (or legal age in your territory) • provide accurate account information • not use Serenada if prohibited by law We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Account Registration You are responsible for: • keeping login details secure • activity under your account • ensuring your information remains accurate We may remove accounts engaged in misuse or infringement.
- How Serenada Discovery Works During the Discovery phase: • Tracks may be streamed interactively • Playback may be limited per user per track • Users may vote, save, and share tracks • Charts are driven by engagement and community signals Playback limits may change as the platform evolves.
- Future Paid Services Serenada may introduce paid features, including: • unlimited playback • expanded libraries • artist community features • premium listening environments Paid features will be governed by additional terms at the time of launch.
- User Conduct You agree not to: • upload or distribute infringing content • attempt to manipulate charts through automated means • use bots or artificial engagement systems • disrupt the platform • harass artists or other users We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
- User-Generated Content Artists are responsible for the content they upload. Serenada operates under safe-harbour principles (including DMCA in the US). If you believe content infringes your rights, you may submit a takedown notice via our published process. We may remove or restrict access to disputed content.
- Intellectual Property All platform software, branding, and design are owned by Serenada. Music remains owned by the respective artists and rights holders. You may not: • copy platform code • reproduce branding • extract catalogue data • scrape platform content
- Discovery Data and Analytics Serenada uses listening behaviour, engagement signals, and music metadata to: • personalise recommendations • improve taste matching • surface relevant artists We may analyse tracks and engagement patterns to improve discovery systems. Serenada does not use uploaded music or user data to create synthetic music or replace artists. Analytics are used solely to enhance recommendation and discovery.
- No Guarantee of Exposure Serenada does not guarantee: • chart placement • editorial selection • specific listener numbers • viral outcomes Discovery is driven by user engagement.
- Third-Party Rights Organisations Serenada licenses public performance and mechanical rights where required. Artists remain responsible for compliance with their own publishing and rights obligations.
- Platform Availability We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may: • update features • modify playback limits • suspend services for maintenance • change platform functionality
- Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: Serenada is not liable for: • indirect or consequential loss • loss of revenue • loss of data • business interruption Use of the platform is at your own risk.
- Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that: • violate these Terms • infringe rights • attempt to manipulate the platform Users may close accounts at any time.

- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise required by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, or by binding arbitration in London (LCIA rules) at Serenada's election. No class actions permitted.
- Force Majeure Serenada is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, cyber attacks).
